Evidence 1: Discussion panels

Rationale 1: I have been involved in discussion panels for the majority of my graduate classes. Discussion panels have helped me to develop a close connection to other professionals in my cohort. I have come to rely on my colleagues for valuable feedback as well as support. There have been a variety of questions posed and it has always been informative to see the many different perspectives that have been offered by the panel. I have gained valuable information and feedback that I can then use in my teaching. It has also allowed me to share ideas and suggestions with others. Being involved in the discussion panels has also been rewarding in that you have the support of professionals that are working with you. Feedback is always constructive and informative. Discussion panels are an ideal and effective way to consult with other professionals on issues related to education.
